There is a need for ongoing fundraising to cover the costs of managing the Green. Donations are always welcomed, especially if accompanied by a completed Gift Aid form (click here for further details) as are bequests left in a Will. Are you the owner of shares? Are they a small holding worth under £100? Such amounts of shares are often difficult or even impossible to dispose of because of the costs involved. If you would like to donate them to the trust we can receive their value as a cash donation. Please click here for further details of ShareGift. Friends of Uckfield Millennium Green

One way you can assist, and be kept informed of developments at the Green, is to join the Friends of Uckfield Millennium Green.

As a Friend you will receive an occasional Newsletter that lets you know first hand what has been happening at the Green and the projects we plan for the future. These projects will be designed to enhance some aspect of the Green. For information on the status of the latest projects see the What's new page

We also organise occasional "Have you seen?" days for Our Friends. These take the form of an expert in the field giving a guided talk on a particular subject. We have held events on butterflies, insects and reptiles that can be found on the Green and participants have generally found them extremely interesting.
